Iheanacho undergoes Leicester medical test

Super Eagles striker, Kelechi Iheanacho will undergo medical examination at his club Leicester City to determine the extent of his fractured thumb.

Iheanacho missed the pre-world cup friendly between Serbia and Nigeria in London after he fractured his first metacarpal bone. Iheanacho had started Nigeria previous warm-up game, a victory in Poland, only four days earlier but was not even included on the bench for the 2-0 defeat to Serbia, in Barnet..
Iheanacho is due to return to Leicester from international duty on Thursday where he will be assessed by City medical staff ahead of the Premier League trip to Brighton on Saturday.
