    Olanrewaju Joins Shakhtar ‎Donetsk

    Super Eagles striker, Olanrewaju Kayode has joined Ukrainian top division side, Shaktar Donetsk, from Manchester City, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
    According to Girona’s official Twitter handle, Kayode who was on loan from Manchester City to Girona signed a short term deal with the former Ukrainian Champions.
    “Nigeria striker, Larry Kayode will play for Shaktar Donetsk till the end of the season. Good luck @larrykaz7_boi,”a tweet from the official Girona Twitter handle reads.
    Shaktar Donetsk also confirmed the deal on their official website.
    Kayode did not score a goal for Girona in 13 games before his departure, but provided assist.
    The 24 year old previously featured for Austria Wein where he was top scorer last season.
    He also played for Maccabi Netanya.
