Supporters Endorse Buhari, Governor Bello For Second Term

Supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Niger state have endorsed President Muhammadu Buhari and Governor Sani Bello to run for a second term.
At the party rally held in Minna, the state capital, the party also received some of the 34,826 persons said to have defected from various political parties.
The National Woman Leader of the APC, Ramatu Tijjani, who received the defectors, on behalf of the National Chairman, Mr John Oyegun, believes the massive defection from other parties to the APC is an indication of the party’s general acceptance by the people.
Also on ground to receive the decamped members was the state APC Chairman, Jibrin Imam.
