    Ndidi, Vardy, Schmeichel Up For Leicester MOTM Award Vs Sheffield

    By James Agberebi: Nigeria midfielder Wilfred Ndidi has been included in Leicester City’s four-man shortlist for the man of the match award in their 1-0 win against Championship club Sheffield United in the fifth round of the Emirates FA Cup on Friday night.
    Ndidi’s inclusion was announced on Leicester’s verified Twitter handle.
    Other players in the list are Jamie Vardy, who scored the only goal, defender Danny Simpson and goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel.
    Fans of Leicester are expected to cast their votes to decide who will emerge Man of the Match against Sheffield United.
    Ndidi played the full 90 minutes in the win against Sheffield and was solid throughout in Leicester’s midfield.
    The winner will be announced on Saturday, 17 February.
    Also in action for Leicester was Ndidi’s international teammate Kelechi Iheanacho.
