    Buhari: President meets northern APC governors in Abuja

    The governors joined the president for Juma’at Prayer before proceeding to a closed-door meeting. President Muhammadu Buhari met with seven northern governors elected on the platform of the All Progressives’ Congress (APC) at the Presidential Villa on Friday, January 12, 2018.The governors present at the meeting include Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai; Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello; Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje and Yobe State governor, Ibrahim Geidam. Others are Niger State governor, Abubakar Bello; Plateau State governor, Simon Lalong; and Adamawa State governor, Jibrilla Bindow.The governors joined the president for Friday’s Juma’at Prayer at the State House before proceeding to a closed-door meeting.
