    Excited Troost-Ekong Returns To Bursaspor Training Ahead Of Fenerbahce Clash

    By Johnny Edward and Ayomide Osipeju:  Super Eagles defender William Troost-Ekong has returned to training one week after suffering a muscle strain, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.
     
    The  Rio Olympics bronze medallist copped a muscle injury in the 78th minute and was replaced by Ismail Konuk in Bursaspor’s Turkish Cup clash against Adanaspor last Wednesday. 
     
    The 24-year-old tweeted a picture of himself ahead of Bursaspor’s clash away to Fenerbahce on Friday at the Sukru Saracoglu using four emojis.
     
    “Training today! ,” he wtote.
     
    Troost-Ekong, who has made 13 Super Lig appearancs for Bursaspor (15 in all competitions) this season, scoring two goals, trained with the rest of his teammates on Tuesdayafter missing last Sunday’s clash against Konyaspor.
     
    Bursaspor are sixth in the Turkish Super Lig table with 24 points from 14 games.
     
    Troost-Ekong joined Bursaspor from Belgian club Gent this summer for a fee of €2m.
