IT was another historic and memorable day in Ikeja Constituency II as the lawmaker representing the Constituency at the Lagos State House of Assembly, Adedamola Richard Kasunmu, played host to his constituents at a stakeholders meeting held at the multipurpose Hall, LTV Complex, Agidingbi, Ikeja.
The meeting, which was facilitated by Lagos State House of Assembly, also held simultaneously in all the 40 constituencies in Lagos State with the theme, “Towards a Peaceful and Credible Election”.
In attendance were over 500 constituents from across the constituency including party elders, apex leaders, royal fathers, religious leaders, market leaders, youths, women, professionals, among others.
Also present at the event were the League of Past Councillors and Past Ward Chairmen, Serving Councillors from Ikeja and Ojodu as well as Igbo and Hausa communities.
Kasunmu used the opportunity to give account of his stewardship in the last three years plus.
The youthful lawmaker who has sponsored several bills and motions in the area of employment generation, sports and youth development, social welfare, education empowerment and many more received a resounding ovation for his remarkable performance.
