Buhari has said all the activities of his administration is because of God, Nigeria and you – every citizen of Nigeria. President Muhammadu Buhari has said the achievements of his administration is because of God, Nigeria and you – every citizen of Nigeria.“The work we are doing is because of God, our country and you. I want to inform you that the knowledge we have garnered over the years, we won’t allow you to be cheated,” Buhari said.Buhari made this known while addressing supporters of the All Progressive Congress, APC, at the commencement of the campaign rally for the Bauchi south senatorial district bye-election scheduled for August 11, 2018.The President also expressed confidence in Gumau Yahaya, the APC candidate in the election, saying, “we have confidence in him and we trust him.” Buhari also told the people, who trooped out for the campaign rally said his government had remained faithful in implementing its campaign promise.ALSO READ: APC on auto-correct, Buhari will win in 2019 – Yahaya Bello“Like we promised, what will determine a good future for the country are security, strong economy and to stop corruption.“We campaigned on these things, you voted for us and we will never forget,” Buhari said.The president was was accompanied by Adams Oshiomhole, national chairman of the APC,  governors of Bauchi, Plateau, Kano and Imo states.Buhari campaigns for Fayemi at Ekiti campaign rallyPresident Buhari was at the All Progressives Congress (APC) rally which held in Ekiti state on Tuesday, July 10, 2018.The rally was organised to rally support for the APC guber candidate in the July 14, 2018 Ekiti governorship election, Kayode Fayemi.Fayemi won the election.Meanwhile, Governor Yahaya Bello has described the gale of defection from the All Progressives Congress (APC) as an “auto-correct” system.Governor Bello says he defection of APC members to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) would not affect President Muhammadu Buhari’s victory at the 2019 Presidential election.
