‘Strategic thinking made Delta relatively safe’

Senior Special Adviser to Delta State Governor on Security, Chief Cassidy Iloba, said Governor Okowa’s style of leadership and committment to security issues led to strategic thinking that has made the state safe for all.
Iloba said: “You will recall that on assumption of office, the governor made it clear that his commitment is to ensure that the state is safe for all to live in, and it is a task that must be followed to the letter. So that got us thinking and working out strategies that brought us to this point and we are still improving on it, as security for all in Delta State remains work in progress.”
Appealing to residents and visitors to the state to continually remain security conascious, Iloba said all major entry routes from Edo, Anambra, Bayelsa have been properly manned.
