Four persons including a baby have been confirmed dead after their vehicle plunged into a river at the boundary between Edo and Ondo States.
The accident was said to have occurred at the Ofosu Bridge and it involved a green Toyota Sienna.
A female was said to have survived with injuries.
A lawyer, Barr. Jefferson Uwoghiren, captured the moment divers attempted to rescue victims from the vehicle.
The video showed when a dead baby was pulled out of the vehicle.
Edo Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps, Mr. Anthony Oko, who confirmed the incident attributed the cause to over speeding.
Oko said to the victims were taken to Ago Itunu Hospital and mortuary at Ofosu in Ondo State.
