Nigeria defender William Troost-Ekong is delighted Bursaspor kept a clean sheet in Saturday’s 1-0 Turkish Super Lig win over Sivasspor, who paraded Brazilian superstar Robinho, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.
Ekong missed his Bursaspor’s last two games but returned to the starting line-up on Saturday as Bursaspor recorded their ninth win of the season.
The Nigerian international declared he is looking forward to the friendlies against Poland and Serbia next week.
“God is great. 3 points, clean sheet. Ready for the international break NG,” Ekong tweeted on Saturday.
Bursaspor are 11th in the Turkish league table.
