Harry Kane has been rewarded for his impressive performances with Tottenham. The 17-year-old English forward was rewarded for an impressive breakout season, with Fulham which has seen several Premier League sides interested in him.Crystal Palace boss Roy Hodgson won the manager beat Tottenham head coach Mauricio Pochettino and Fulham boss Slavisa Jokanovic to the manager of the year award.Other awards saw Daniel Bentley beat Chelsea and Tottenham shot stoppers Thibaut Courtois and Hugo Lloris.
