Katsina State Governor Aminu Bello Masari on Monday paid a visit to Daura town to condole with the family of President Muhammadu Buhari.
President Buhari’s sister-in-law, Hajiya Aisha Mamman died at the age of 75 in the early hours of Thursday, February 8 at the Federal Medical Center, Katsina state.
Before her demise, Aisha Mamman was the wife of Buhari’s elder brother, late Alhaji Mamman Danbaffale.

She is survived by eight children, including Fatihu Mamman, a staff of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) and Hajiya Rabiya Mamman, a nutrition officer with the Katsina State Government.
Buhari also lost his niece, Hajiya Halima Dauda, who was buried in Daura, Katsina on Saturday, February 10.
Halima Dauda was aged 56 and left behind 10 children, one of the President’s personal assistants, Mohammed Sabi’u Tunde.
Masari during his visit to Buhari’s family compound in Daura was accompanied by the Secretary to Katsina State government, Mustapha Muhammad Inuwa, Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Abubakar Yahayya Kusada and other government officials.
Masari was received by President Buhari’s elder brother, Alhaji Dauda Daura.
The Governor during the visit prayed Allah to grant eternal rest to the deceased and for the family to have the fortitude to bear with the loss.
