He said the president should expect a better return than the 5% he got from the southeast region in 2015. Former Abia State governor, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu, has assured President Muhammadu Buhari that he’ll secure a massive amount of votes from the southeast for the 2019 presidential election.While speaking at the home of All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain, Dr. Sam Onyishi, during the weekend, Dr Kalu said the president should expect a better return than the 5% he got from the region during the 2015 presidential election. The former governor promised that the president is keen on addressing the concerns of marginalisation that has caused unrest in the region if he’s given more time.He said, “Marginalisation of Igbo did not start today. It is something that has been there immediately after the civil war; so, Buhari will not take only four years to correct it.”We were not on board in 2015, but, we will be on board in 2019, and we will address the issue.
