By James Agberebi: Super Eagles midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi, was among the Leicester City’s top rated players in their hard-fought 1-0 win against Burnley in Saturday’s Premier League clash at the King Power Stadium, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
Ndidi was on for 90 minutes and was one of Leicester’s outstanding players in the game.
Leicester Mercury which appraised each Leicester City player’s performance in the game, rated Ndidi seven out of 10.
And commenting on Ndidi’s impressive display, Leicester Mercury wrote: “Won tackles, competed well and is getting better in possession.”
Other players who also got seven include Kasper Schmeichel, Danny Simpson, Wes Morgan, Harry Maguire, Ben Chilwell and Vicente Iborra.
The trio of Marc Albrighton, Demarai Gray who scored Leicester’s goal and Jamie Vardy, were all rated eight, while Riyad Mahrez, with nine, had the highest rating.
