    Lagos sponsored Ola-Oki Scrabble Tourney Lights Up Badagry 

    The 3rd Ola- Oki Lagos Scrabble Competition, a developmental programme whih commenced in Year  2015 kicked  off in Badagry on Monday.
      The Programme is in collaboration with  Dr. Olabodunrin Waheed Oki; an avidscrabble player, lover of the sport and the current chairman of Lagos State office of Disability Affairs (LASODA).
    His dream of organizing a scrabble competition was brought to fruition by the joint efforts and synergy of Badagry Zonal Sports Officers deployed by the Lagos State Sports Commission.
    The primary objective of its birth was in the proliferation of the game of Scrabble which will help in improving students ‘word power’ and their intelligent quotient. It will also enhance and foster healthy rivalry amongst schools and build social interaction amongst the participating school
    The competition was adopted by the State Government in 2017 by the Governor of Lagos State, Mr.
