    In Kwara: Government completes 17 road projects in 2017

    Governor Ahmed explained that the completion of the roads has increased road network in the state. The Kwara State government has completed a total of 17 road projects under the State Infrastructure Development Fund (IFK) in 2017.State Governor, Alhaji Abdulfatah Ahmed, made this disclosure on Thursday, November 23, 2017, while presenting the State’s 2018 Appropriation Bill before the State House of Assembly.He noted that road infrastructure development has been a major focus of his administration’s economic development effort for the state.The governor listed the completed road projects to include Aduralere-Isale Koko-Sanu Sheu road in Ilorin East; Gerewu Phase I in Ilorin West; Oloro Palace Way in Irepodun; Mission Road, Lafiagi in Edu; Oko Bridge, Oro Ago in Ifelodun; Henry George – Mini Campus – Queen School, Ilorin West LGA; Agbo Oba – Road Network in Ilorin West, and Erin-Ile-Ilemona Road in Oyun.
