The committee will audit all accounts in which the recovered assets were lodged. President Muhammadu Buhari has inaugurated a three-member committee to audit all assets recovered by government agencies on Wednesday, November 22, 2017.During Wednesday’s Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting at the Presidential Villa, the president swore in Olufemi Lijadu, Chinyere Bibiogha and Mohammad Nami in the presence of cabinet ministers and directed them to audit all remittances up till April 2017.He said the committee will audit all accounts in which the recovered assets were lodged to ensure reports submitted to him were accurate.While disclosing that he has asked all relevant government agencies to submit detailed reports of all recoveries up to March 2017 to his office, the president directed other ministries, departments and agencies (MDAs) that have not complied to submit their reports within four weeks.
