Director, Army Public Relations, Brigadier General Sani Usman,The Military authorities have launched an investigation into a fatal shooting involving an Army captain and a non-commissioned officer deployed to Chibok, Borno State.
Reports say the Army unit had received a distress call at about 12.50 pm Sunday that a staff sergeant, under the influence of alcohol, was assaulting civilians at a nearby location.
