One of the suspects arrested in connection with the abduction of Folasade Odumosu, the wife of retired AIG Hakeem Odumosu has confessed to committing the crime.
When paraded, one of the suspects said an individual “gave them the job” but didn’t disclose the identity of the person.
The police on Friday arrested two suspects 27-year-old Agbojule Smart, and 30-year-old Keleke Michael in connection with the crime. Two other members of the gang were said to have been neutralised during the “rescue” of the victim.
The retired AIG’s wife was abducted last Thursday at the entrance of her residence in the Arepo, Owode Local Government Area of Ogun State.
The abductors took the former AIG’s wife through a swampy area to an unknown destination after dragging her out of her Lexus Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV).
