Gabriele Bellodi an AC Milan youth player was on the receiving end of Gattuso’s feisty character. AC Milan boss Gennaro Gattuso was seen given a cheeky slap to a youth player Gabriele Bellodi for holding Barcelona shirt.The event occurred during a pre-season game between AC Milan and Barcelona which the Italian Serie A side won thanks to a goal scored by Andre Silva.After the International Champions Cup (ICC) game in California United States between the two European giants, Bellodi showed of the jersey which he collected from Marc-André ter Stegen the first choice goalkeeper of La Liga giants Barcelona. Gattuso who is known as an energetic and no-nonsense player during his professional career cheekily connected a slap to the face of the youngster showing off the jersey of another club in the tunnel.The 40-year-old seems to have taken his feisty character into his career as a manager. Gabriele did not feature in any of AC Milan’s matches at the pre-season tournament.The 17-year-old has since been sent on a season-long loan to Italian third division outfit Olbia Calcio 1905. Gattuso and his troops were unlucky to pick up any point in their opening game of the Serie A which ended in a 3-2 defeat to title contenders Napoli.The AC Milan legend will hope to register their first points of the season when they host Roma at the San Siro on Friday, August 31.
