NimaBox Nigeria has disclosed its plans to hold the second edition of Benin’s largest quarterly fitness festival, Benin Fitness All The Time Festival.
The Creative Director, NimaBox, Kigwe Kaiser made this known to newsmen on Friday.
Kaiser said the Benin Fitness festival is aimed at helping those who are passionate about being hale and hearty come together to celebrate health and fitness.
According to him, the event scheduled to hold at the Benson Idahosa University, Benin City on the 10th of February will attract fitness enthusiasts and veteran fitness lovers around Nigeria.
He said: “The event is for sport lovers, entrepreneurs, academics and students who would want to key into a healthy lifestyle. There will be free group workout sessions giving participants a chance to enjoy a range of outdoor and fun exercises.
Speaking on the advantages of outdoor exercises, he mentioned that it helps burn fat aerobically, build lean body mass, provide a mental health boost and build bridges between fitness practitioners across the ages.
It will be recalled that the first edition of the fitness festival had Big Brother Naija star, Kemen as one the Celebrity fitness coaches in attendance.
